"The Atlanta Jazz Festival’s mission is to expose and entertain a diverse audience of jazz aficionados, young jazz enthusiasts and musical artists to the rich heritage and variety of jazz as an authentic form of traditional music.  The Atlanta Jazz Festival makes a significant impact on Atlanta’s travel and tourism industry and attracts music lovers from around the world.  Over the years, the Festival has attracted over 7.5 million residents and tourists over the last 35 year. 

 

Atlanta has become a premier destination for jazz and entertainment.  Our long-standing partnerships with Piedmont Park, our many sponsors and our jazzteers make it possible to present a world-class experience that visitors from anywhere can enjoy."  The Atlanta Jazz Festival celebrates its 36th year.  The celebration takes place Memorial weekend, May 25 - 27, in beautiful Piedmont Park.

 The Sandy Springs Mission is a non-profit organization serving at- risk students in Sandy Springs for the past 12 years. Our purpose is to provide academic support and community resources for students of foreign-born parents. We strive to radically improve their overall academic performance, and ultimately lay the foundation for a brighter future.
