City of Refuge

City of Refuge offers both life-saving resources and life-building tools to individuals and families living on the margin.  We understand the need for integrated programs that span multiple areas of need--from food, clothing, and shelter to job training, placement, housing, healthcare and education.

Imagine It! The Children's Museum of Atlanta

Volunteers are essential to the success of the Museum.  Whether you have experience working with children or in another capacity, we can use your skills.

In return for your time, you'll enjoy a unique volunteering experience.  You will have the opportunity to work in a fun environment with enthusiastic people.  Volunteering at Imagine It! is a meaningful way to give back to your community.

All volunteers must possess excellent communication and exceptional customer service skills.  In addition to volunteers who work on our exhibit floor and during special events, we're looking for volunteers with special skill sets to help us in our staff departments.

See the Volunteer Position Descriptions to learn the details of each of our volunteer opportunities.

Complete volunteer application on website.  Complete consent to background check.  Forms must be submitted and received at least 2 weeks prior to volunteering.
